Domestic works include fault finding on a circuit, replacing or upgrading a light or electrical outlet, installing a new circuit,upgrading fuse boards .

Test and Inspection

Full 5 yearly Electrical Installation Condition Report.

Land Lords visual change of occupancy reports also available if required.

Maintenance

We can offer a package where we are available to maintain your property and a yearly basis.

E.V Charging

We recommend Zappi EV charging points, but are able to supply and install a variety of different makes. We usually install a separate consumer unit in installed to feed the charger, to enable it to have a full RCBO and SPD protection.

Commercial

Commercial works include installation of dado trunking, recessed modular fittings, and complete refurbishment.

Sub Contracting Labour

Available to offer additional labour for other electrical contractors..

Emergency Lighting

Annual emergency lights tested to 1 or 3 hour duration. Additional emergency lights installed. Advice given to upgrade existing emergency lighting to current standards.
